The timing was perfect. It was less than a month ago that we had announced our DiG v2.0 that “promises to rock energy world”.
Many utility experts from all over Europe had already expressed their interest to find out more regarding our value proposition, even before the event. All of them have identified that the Digital Transformation of the energy sector is already a reality. They know that the new role of utilities is much more than a bill sender. In fact, it is totally different. Utilities, apart from being solely energy providers, need to turn into customer-centric service and content providers as well. Their customers expect from them to act as energy advisors.
During this new era in the relationship between the utilities and their customers, we have confirmed once again during the EUW15 that there is a great need for innovative solutions that benefit both the utilities and their customers.
