The E.ON Pilot was designed between E.ON and Intelen with main objective the increase of customer satisfactio through the use of the DiG Platform.
The Pilot offered enhanced energy functionalities combined with gamification aspects aiming to boost customer engagement. The tool that has been developed helped customers to save on their electricity bill.
Customers were able to access their consumption in real time while they compared it with last year. Moreover, the service offered even more advantages, such as:
